We only collect the information you choose to give us through the contact form:

  • Name (when you submit the contact form)
  • Email address (when you submit the contact form)
  • Phone number (only if you choose to provide it, and only so we can reply)
  • The message you choose to send us
  • We do not collect medical or health information through this website. Please do not include medical details in the message field; we cover your history in person at your visit.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless. It measures aggregate page views and does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. No consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (if any) are used to keep the site functioning.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate this website and respond to you.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site:

  • Cloudflare, spam protection on the contact form (Turnstile) and network security

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence, then delete them on request. Clinical records are kept separately in our practice systems, never through this website.

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
  • Opt out of any marketing email at any time

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. Appointments for children are arranged by a parent or guardian.
